Alternative-Fuel Vehicle Fleet Reports
Executive Order 13031, Federal Alternative-Fueled Vehicle Leadership (1996) requires Federal departments and agencies to report to OMB on the acquisition of alternative-fuel vehicles for use in the Federal fleet. Section 13218 of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, 42 USC 13218(b), requires each Federal agency to place its annual fleet AFV compliance report on a publicly available website.
