First Financial Associates (FFA) will no longer continue to administer the VA Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP).

Effective immediately, do not forward any CCSP application packages to FFA. Please hold all application packages until further guidance is issued. In addition, we request that HR offices and employees refrain from contacting FFA regarding pending application packages, recertification documentation or invoices submitted for processing prior to receipt of this Flyer.

We are exploring opportunities to obtain a replacement contractor for FFA as quickly as possible. We will keep HR offices and employees informed when additional information is available.
