Educational Activities: Educational Materials
We have videotaped our educational conferences and these videos are available to VA clinicians and researchers who may have been unable to attend the actual events. In the future, practitioners will be able to receive CE credit for viewing the videos online. Please contact Katy Ruckdeschel to borrow or obtain a copy of any video.
In addition to our concern with educating professionals and paraprofessionals, our MIRECC is committed to educating patients and their family members about mental illness and comorbidity. MIRECC staff have developed a series of patient and family educational workbooks on the following topics:
· Managing anger
· Relapse prevention
· Addiction
· Comorbidity
